There are studies which showed that regular consummation of wheat items and grain cereals contributes development of chronic autoimmune diseases and in same time raises the risk of heart issues, diabetes and even cancer. Replace these products with coconut/ almond/ whole grain/ brown rice.

Keep in mind that junk foods are high in salt. So, it is advisable to eat it in reduced amounts, or replace it with Himalayan pink salt or sea salt.
