In order to perform this technique, you will need a comfortable chair. Sit, pull your hair up and begin gently to press your ear lobes and pulling them downwards. Apply gentle pulls, as this shouldn’t hurt. After that, gently trace the outer edges of your ears few times.
At the moment when you touch your ears pay closer attention to the rest of your body and you will notice pain or irritation you feel when you squeeze your ear. You should put pressure on each point of the outer ear, very gently. You should hold pressure for about 5 seconds in each spot before moving on. It is recommended to repeat 5 times before moving on to your other ear.
